Join Dr. Linda Sastradipradja for a unique fusion of Yin Yoga and Dance Practices (YinDa) designed to cultivate deep relaxation, mindful movement, and a heightened sense of body awareness. Over the course of this 60-minute session, you will be guided through gentle, extended postures associated with Yin Yoga, interwoven with fluid dance elements to foster both meditative stillness and expressive motion.
YinDa with Linda is perfect for dancers looking to supplement their routine with restorative elements, as well as yogis seeking an artistic twist to their Yin practice.
