Children's

Programme

Melbourne Institute of Dance will nurture your child to soar!

Whether dance is to be a hobby or a career on the great stages of the world, we strive for the best in every student - as a dancer and a person.

Classes and levels

Our children’s programme has seven types of classes to cater for dancers from the age of 3 to 17 years old. Please take each level as an approximate guide. Classes are based on age and ability, and after an initial trial, the correct class level will be decided upon.
